Review: This book is a joke. The stick figure drawings do not at all convey how to do the exercises and the exercises themselves are absurd! (Or at least what I can figure out the excercises to be). The excercises in this little book can be compared to trying to make your eye lashes grow by batting your eyes. It's amazing that any publisher would publish a book such as this. Don't waste your money.
