Today I recomend it to the clients I work with. I find that it helps women deal with issues of self esteem in simple yet effective manner. It has excercises that are easy to do and have great results in changing how women view themselves. I highly recomend this for any women struggling with issues of depression, anxiety and or self esteem.

Rating: Summary: straightforward title for a straightforward book Review: This book is excellent. It breaks down the causes and aspects that lead to low self-esteem in women i.e. society, work experiences, childhood experiences, personal relationships, body image, media, spirituality, etc. In addition, there are extremely helpful, simple exercises one can do anywhere to start reversing these effects and gain self-esteem. I recommend this book to both men and women -- it just covers it all!!!
