Review: Without repeating the other positive comments already put into the other reviews, this is a great book for anyone on the path of being a sorcerer or spiritual warrior. It indeed gives practical applications which I also believe to be so lacking in Castaneda's wonderful books. It answers the "This is great but how do I do these things myself?" question. In particular the practice of taking the "inventory of energy expenditures" and then recapturing and redeploying your energy/power is vital and worth buying the book by itself in terms of benefit. Also, "the not-doings of the personal self" practices are incredibly valuable. As for the rest, the book inspired me to do many of the other practices...and so much of spiritual work has real value when we DO, instead of just thinking, because it yeilds the wisdom which comes only through direct personal experience. Buy it!
