Rating: Summary: Beyond The Usual and Into the Application Review: One of the most exceptionally valuable aspects of this book is its clear, concise, simple to follow guidelines for how to move beyond TALKING about how SOMEDAY you will live your joy..... it goes into LIVING your joy right here right now by following this step and that step and the other step... clearly, concisely AND ALSO with signature Suzanne Falter-Barnes style. Its kind of like getting down to the brass tacks of the situation... actually getting the fingers-- the palms -- the fists into the fingerpaints and just going for it in whatever way you can right here right now and then getting up tomorrow and doing the same thing so that in two weeks, two months, two years from now you will be LIVING your joy... rather than two weeks, two months, two years you would have been still TALKING about someday.....
Rating: Summary: Great BOOK and a Great INTERVIEW Review: One of the secrets to true joy and happiness is finding and living your dream. However, that is easier said than done... until now! I found this little book to be a lot more than what it is advertised for. Living Your Joy really is practical guide for finding your 'dream' and more importantly, for actually living your dream so you can be 'living your joy,' not just dreaming about it. Does lack of time, money, and energy keep you from developing a talent or dream you feel passionate about? Do job and family responsibilities take precedence over your creative pursuits? If you feel like you aren't living your true dream, for whatever reason, then this book is for you. I also interviewed Suzanne Falter-Barnes on "The Inside Success Show" and loved every minute of it. I'm inspired by a person who can really follow their dream and turn their life into 'Joy.' I know from experience that if you follow the simple and clear guidance she provides, YOU CAN LIVE YOUR JOY!! Here's some other things I learned from Suzanne: ** How Suzanne overcame over 1000 rejections as a "singer" follower her dream ** Why you will never truly be happy until you discover and begin to follow your dream ** What 30 things you can do right now to give yourself hundreds of hours to pursue your dream ** How to keep job B in order to love job A. ** Why you have more power to create when you treat your dream like a business ** How to organize your life and supercharge your dreams ** And much, much more ... Suzanne's personal story and sound advice will set you free to experience true JOY and I highly recommend reading her book. Rating: Summary: Another Joyful Experience from Suzanne Falter-Barns Review: Suzanne Falter-Barns has hit another home-run with her newest book, "Living Your Joy: A Practical Guide to Happiness". I loved her first book, "How Much Joy Can You Stand", so much that it spurred me to subscribe to her newsletter and take several courses from her. "Living Your Joy" is a perfect follow-up book in that it shows us the "How-To" possibilities that many "living-your-dream" type books leave out. After having read "Living Your Dream" I know not only that it's possible, but there are concrete steps I can take towards making my dreams reality. Thank you, Suzanne. Don't stop writing books and creating courses - we dreamers need you!
