Summary: Tells it straight without pandering to political correctness
Review: This is definately one of the most important books that I ever read as a child, and I'm going to make sure that when they're old enough my children read it too. The author has his biases--name one who doesn't. So what if he doesn't choose to be politically correct and tell everyone how wonderful and right they are? What he did 30 years ago and today was to write a book that gives straight information on the human body and the human reproductive system. It's not a manual on how to have sex nor should it be. Thanks to this book I've known about my body and about other people's bodies since I was a teenager. As a result my sex life has been better and more fufilled. If you want to teach or learn a certain kind of morality then find a better way to do it, but don't attack a book for not doing something that it doesn't try to do. If you want to learn about the physical shell you inhabit then buy this book and learn from it.
