Review: Ogden shares with us his experience of working with patients who are very difficult to work with or to help. He tells of the first meeting with people who seek his help and the warning stories they tell him about how the therapy will fail or even hurt them or the therapist. It helped me to listen in a different way to my clients and to talk to them about what they told me. This is an excellent book that all therapists need to read and to think about.
