Review: I have been reading a lot of self help success books right now and I keep coming back and re-reading this one. This book can truly change your life. The things taught in this book are not ideas that James made up himself, they are universal truths. He has just captured them all together and presented them in this easy to follow format. Along with Steve Covey's 7 Habits and Norman Peales Power of Positive Thinking this book belongs on everyones bookshelf. I highly recommend that everyone read this book.

Summary: Reads like a college term paper
Review: I saw James Ray live as a guest speaker at a conference I attended. I thought he did a fabulous job. Very entertaining and his message was right on with a lot of entertaining stories.I wish that I could tell you the same thing about his book. I did like that the end of each chapter had a nice summary. Unfortunately most of the text borrows heavily from other success literature. It is a rather dry read with few memorable examples. For someone new to the success area, this does give you a lot of information. However if you've read the popular books that are out there - this will likely serve as a re-hash of their concepts.

He shows the reader how to succeed in this world using proven principles. It reads well. It has good, down to earth advice, and it gets you thinking.....thinking and doing things in a way that produces results.

Truth is universal, and James explains it in easy to read terms that really allowed me to quickly put into play the laws of success. These are the laws EVERYONE follows to be successful whether they are aware of it or not, and by breaking down what could be overwhelming, into 7 basic laws and explaining how and why each work, I was able to attract success to me faster than I could ever have imagined. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to accelerate their growth both personally and professionally.
