Summary: Pleasing My Man
Review: 500 Lovemaking Tips gave me great suggestions on pleasing my man in ways I never imagined. It really helped with suggestions on pleasing my guy orally and now he is begging for me to keep repeating some of those techniques but he is in for a surprise as I know have many more things I will be trying out on him. I think he and his [...] will be very happy.

Summary: Not for the faint of heart
Review: I did exactly what the book suggested. I went through all the ideas and put a check by all the ideas I would like to or be willing to try and put an x by the ideas that I did not want to do and then gave it to my spouse who did the same.

For the past month we have systematically been going through the tips that we both checked and boy has it had the most amazing effect on our lovemaking. We used to do it about twice a month and now we have been so eager that we are having sex nearly every day now. Not bad after 27 years of marriage.

Summary: What a Surprise
Review: I got this to enhance our recent anniversary celebration. I took my husband to a B&B with a hot tub in the room and I secretly brought several items that were recommended in the book and the sex was so mindblowing that we actually did it 7 times the whole weekend. Not bad for a couple in their 50s.

What I really appreciated about the book is that I didnt have to read through raunchy or filthy ideas. I certainly wont be doing all the tips but there werent any tips on anal intercourse, bondage, swinging or some of the other stuff that I have seen in most of the sex books I have browsed through. I can recommend this one to all the ladies at church with confidence (and with a blush).

Summary: Amazing
Review: I read some negative reviews about this book and simply had to see for myself. It is quite obvious that the reviewer has some sort of personal vendetta against Webb as this book is very well written and includes more tips and ideas than I have seen in any other book of its subject.

My guess is that someone took offense that Webb's book is on lovemaking - which by virtue means it is between people who are in love. It is not a book about raw sex, which apparently the reviewer is in to.

I can see how some sex/porn addicts wouldn't appreciate this book. For the rest of us, it is very worthwhile.

Summary: Well Worth the Money
Review: I'm not exactly a sex novice but I found a lot of intriguing and creative tips in this book that I plan on using in the future.

What I liked most about it was that the tips weren't hidden in log paragraphs of verbage but the book was simply tip after tip after tip. It made it really easy and fast to be able to read through.

Gotta run and pick up some of those special lightbulbs he recommended.

Summary: Not worth the money
Review: I've read other really good books on lovemaking, but this is not one of them. If you want quick, brief information, this might be the book for you. I wanted something different, some different ideas. I came away with only a couple. It was not worth the money for me.

Summary: Warning
Review: If you are the type who is bothered by a moralistic view of sex then you could possibly be offended by this book. This isn't your typical "anything goes", just "strap on a condom so you are safe" sex book.

If your idea of sex is "if it feels good, do it" then buy with caution.

The tips are fun, creative and some are even wild or "kinky" but he steers clear of offering tips that are unhealthy or "over the edge".

If you are looking for tips to enrich the lovemaking in your marriage then I would highly recommend it but if you are seeking advice to help your "sex without boundries" event more mind-blowing, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Summary: Not a Church-goer
Review: In his preface, it seems like the author is probably a Christian but no one could call him a prude or a puritan. The tips and secrets he shares would certainly make Pilgrams blush.

Even though I found many of the tips on the "wild" side I wouldnt classify any of them as (...)nasty. (...)

The best part about the book is that after I tried many of the ideas with my spouse, I didn't feel like maybe I did something wrong.

If you are looking for tips that will likely have you catch diseases, this one isn't for you. But if you want to experience the joy and magnificience of inventive, creative and mind-blowing, guilt-free sex, I'd highly recommend it.

Summary: What I Was Looking For
Review: This is exactly the book I was looking for. I was wanting to find a book of useful and not-too-outlandish tips that would help improve my lovemaking skills. I simply wanted to be able to please my mate more.

I was horrified by some of the books I had flipped through at the store. Many of them recommended p.orn, bondage and several other acts I dont even dare repeat. They really made me angry. I'm not a prude, and am even a bit adventurous but you have to draw the line somewhere. It seems like many of these authors were completely lacking in morals and values.

Michael Webb is pretty upfront that he is writing from a moralist (although certainly not puritan or even fundamentalist approach) perspective. Sex tips are like fire, used wisely they can add so much to a relationship, but if you aren't given proper instruction then serious damage is likely to occur. Most of the other books I flipped through simply said as long as you put on a condom, anything goes. Sad.

I like how after a few pages of author comments on various lovemaking topics (most pretty good) most of the book is made up of the tip after tip and isn't filled with long paragraphs that you have to wade through to get the information I was looking for.

I can see why the title of this book is 500 Lovemaking Tips and Secrets. He definitely knows the difference between lovemaking and se.x
