Review: Beyond Cellulite is a brilliant book which mainly focuses on a new way of life rather than a get healthy quick routine. It covers everthing from diet and excersise to mental health. If you feel yourself slacking, read a couple of chapters and you will be back on track. I followed it when I was pregnant. As a result I had a wonderful pregnancy, a better figure and no cellulite after my baby was born. Unfortunately, I lent the book to a friend who never returned it. Hence visiting this site for another copy. Good Luck!
