Summary: yikes!
Review: This review regards the two cassette audio book. Let me first state, that I greatly dislike making a negative statement about someone's work. I have read and listened to many spiritual works by many different people and even if I disagree, I always appreciate the spirit of the person sharing their wisdom and experience with other humans. I am sad to say that I found this work is the worst I have encountered in all my searches. With blatant disregard for what may be of interest to a reasonably knowledgeable reader, she gushes on about what a bumbling ditz she considers herself to be but how wonderful people are to her in her life inspite of that, and how lucky she is that her books are selling so well. That's wonderful for her, but by the time she's finally through telling us that, she's used up the first of two tapes, with the only "information" given that you can achieve anything through visualization, even if you think of yourself as blundering through life. I don't even know how I could recommend this to a beginner. In the end, I just can't seem to find where the substance is. What she repeats from other people seems too watered down to be instructive. For serious help on living in the light yourself, you may want to check out Don Miguel Ruiz' 4 agreements (audio book).
From another corner of the world, MSI's translation and interpretation of Patanjali's 4000 year old Sutras could potentially take you all the way and there's not many books I could say that about. Just my opinion... I hope this will be helpful to those on the same wavelength with me and ignored by everyone else. Maybe she'll pour a lot more work into her next book.

She teaches you how to recognize what you are feeling at any given time..introduced me to the tyrant and the rebel...two warring factors inside of us that immobile us--right when we actually want to make changes in our lives. I got all of my friends to read this book and it gives us a short cut way to communicate
