Review: I found this book to be extremely helpful as I went through the process of mourning the loss of my mother. It helped in so many ways! I was able to understand my mixed feelings. I felt almost like I had lost my identity--but this book, chapter by chapter helped me work through all my different emotions. I feel like I am no longer lost-without the "anchor" of my family! I remember joyfully all the happy family times with my mother and I feel I have come to know a lot more about the person she was- I highly recommend this book to anyone who has lost their mother recently or many years ago!
