Review: Mark Homan is my teacher so I'm a little biased. His book is very straight-forward, easy to read, and funny. It is definitely a must-read if you are going into the Social Services field. A lot of what Mark talks about in his books are common sense, but they are things that people don't generally spend a lot of time thinking about. Mark uses his 25+ years of experience to give us a lot of valuable advise.
