Rating: Summary: What Do You Do When the Medications Don't Work Review: A great read! I agree with the last review. This book is a refreshing change from the standard medical treatment of pills, pills and more pills. Dr. Johnson outlines a new approach in the treatment of chronic conditions. I really thought the case histories made for interesting reading. I didn't feel alone, other people were experiencing the same symptoms I am. I highly recommend this book!
Rating: Summary: My dizziness is gone! Review: I suffered with dizziness for 6 LONG years, but thanks to Dr. Johnson I have finally found relief. My dizziness began in 1995 following a car accident and year by year it became worse. I had been treated by numerous physicians and chiropractors without any relief. My sister gave me his book and after reading it I knew that I had to give it a try. It worked! I have been free of dizziness for the past 2 years.
Rating: Summary: Response to Lois P from Dr. Michael L. Johnson Review: Lois did you even read my book?? I have never claimed to be a medical doctor nor would I want to prescribe meds. The reality is that patients who present to my office have ALREADY been to 7-10 different medical doctors and the meds didn't work, thus the title and purpose of my book. Chronic pain and dizziness rob patients of their life and I show people how to get their life back. As for your statement "just tring (I think you may have meant "trying") to get your money", please contact my publisher and relay that message. Because I have given away so many books, they will not provide me with anymore free copies. Perhaps if you give them your story, I can get more books to give away to patients in need. Most Sincerely, Dr. Michael L. Johnson

Rating: Summary: Thanks Dr. Johnson! Review: This book offers a completely new and different approach in the treatment of dizziness, migraines, and fibromyalgia. Utilizing techniques in the field of chiropractic neurology ( I never knew that there was such a thing until now ), Dr. Johnson goes into great detail regarding his exam and treatment procedures and best of all: how he gets people well. Thanks to this book and Dr. Johnson, I consulted a chiropractic neurologist and I'm feeling better than I have in years! No more headaches or lightheadedness and this is the best my back has felt in a long time. Thanks Dr. Johnson!
Rating: Summary: This book is not worth your money. Review: This guy is just tring to get you money. Yea, a "borad certified chiropractic neurologist"!? He isn't allowed to even perscribe medicine. He is NOT a medical doctor and he is fooling people into thinking he is just for the money. His information in the book is not accurate and should not be followed. Please, go see a real MD or DO.
Rating: Summary: What Do You Do When the Medications Don't Work Review: This is definitely a must-read for everyone who suffers from migraines, fibromyalgia, dizziness, vertigo, or any chronic pain condition. It explains - in great detail but very simple language - how these conditions arise and what YOU can do to help them. Dr. Johnson explains that chronic pain is caused by your brain not working properly, and he shows how you can fix it without using drugs. He explains how simple treatments like using a squeeze ball in one of your hands or doing mazes will stimulate your brain and help your condition. All of the patients that Dr. Johnson talks about are typical chronic pain patients - they have been suffering for years, they have tried tons of treatments, and many of them have become depressed because doctors can't do anything for them. But after doing Dr. Johnson's neurological treatments, they all notice huge changes - it's really amazing to read about. I am definitely going to recommend this book to my friends who have these chronic pain conditions or who have family members with chronic pain and want to help. I think it could really change their lives.
