Summary: I loved this book and boy did I need it...
Review: Ususally I shy away from self-help books but the cover caught my eye and I ended up browsing through it & realizing that it would be a huge help to me during this really hard time. I was only dating my boyfriend for a few months but for some reason I am having the hardest time getting over him, so when I started to flip through "The Girls' Guide To Surviving A Break-Up" I knew that it would soothe and help me, and it has. Because the writing is really funny and the author seems real (you can tell she's been through it too) and her advice is so good and empowering, it's given me a glimpse of hope and made me feel like I will move past this (and him). I highly recommend this book to anyone feeling heartbroken and blue. This is a GREAT book that has helped me so much in such a short amount of time. Thank you Delphine Hirsh!
