Review: What first struck me about this book were the pictures which, at first, were quite funny. As I read on and started understanding the underlying reasons behind the "funny faces" it became obvious that what Ms. Elinwood is presenting is a fun way to radically change both your perceptions of yourself and how you are perceived by others. It helps that this presentation is so easy to read, understand and implement. I would encourage anyone who is contemplating a face lift or who just wants to look and feel better to try this out. It works for men as well as women and...it's fun.
