About 3 years ago, he told me about it and it changed my life. Now I'm letting everyone who I feel need help to know about this book.I like to wonder in the bookstore and look for old , small books. Written decades ago, if they survived all these years and still stand on the bookshelf, there must be something great about them. Unfortunately you cannot do this on an Online bookstore. Hence this review.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Profound insite and healing! Review: This incredible book has been a profound influence in my process of healing. I read it at the recommendation of a friend and have been grateful eversince. I have often found myself referring back to it's rich pages to refresh my mind with it's simple and sensible, yet profound insights. Dorothy uses a cluster of some of the psychological schools of thought. This allows for a more comprehensive view of the what and how of both self-esteem and the healing process. I found the intermittent summations of the "basic ideas" very helpful. I'm confident that each person who reads it with the intent to put to practice the exercises she provides would benefit immensely. I think that they can help accelerate the learning and healing process. Do put your heart into it! May you to reap in great abundance the healing and the wisdom that you seek.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Some good solid advice Review: While reading this book, I expected a little more. But after I finished it, I ended up using some of the advice to help heal a lot of post divorce pain. For that reason, I would recommend it to anyone looking to advance past what self blame and low self esteem can do.
