Review: Very frustrating to find the same suggestions repeated throughout the book. If you took out the suggestions to eat breakfast every day, drink green tea, give up caffeine, and exercise, what would really be left?

Review: While I didn't buy this book to lose weight, after reading it I noticed my self living a more active and energetic lifestyle. The amazing thing is that when I found my energy I lost the weight without even trying. While I know this book doesn't make any weight loss claims I want to let people know that if they read this book and get addicted to Jon Gordon's infectious energy and strategies, they will certainly find their energy and lose weight as a result.
