Summary: Great Book Every Woman should Read
Review: Collaboratively written by Marilyn Graman and Maureen Walsh, There Is No Prince And Other Truths Your Mother Never Told You is a relationship self-help guide for women in the 21st century. It is emphatically not a one-sided or male-bashing book; it is a denouncement of the exaggerated ideal of a "prince," that is, a perfect man who always does everything right. There Is No Prince shows women the way to accepting that men are human; that men have a greater natural tendency to forget details than women; and that while most men want to please their mates (the ones that don't want to aren't worth pursuing), nearly all men need help and that all women need to speak up and communicate their wants and needs because it is unfair and self-defeating to expect a man to magically or telepathically know what is going through a woman's mind. There Is No Prince is an enthusiastically recommended book about taking a realistic and practical road to true love and contentment.

Summary: Empowerment for Women and Men
Review: I love this book because it rings so true. I see myself in the examples, and identify with the challenges of recognizing and breaking negative patterns. This book debunks the myth of the prince and many other societal beliefs, allowing women to own what they really want and freeing men from unrealistic expectations. It teaches a process of moving into choice rather than operating by default in relationships. It empowers women to take charge of getting their needs met, with a man, and it all starts from the basis of loving oneself. All women should read this book. I can't wait until a similar one for men is written!

Summary: This is the best guide on relationships I've ever read.
Review: I LOVED how this book lead me through a step by step process of uncovering what it is I really want a man for and then preparing me to have him enter my life. I learned: how to become irresistible to a man; that loving myself is central to having what I want in a man; the best place to meet intelligent, successful men; how to know when to say no to a man who is not right for me; how to recognize and choose a man who is right for me. And so affirming and respectful of the relationship process.
For women like me who have had their hearts broken over and over again, following these steps will empower us to choose a man who is perfect for us. This book wisely guides us to "dismantle old romantic ideas about dashing princes on white horses coming to take us away". Included is the best information about how men really are that I've ever seen. I'm SO ready for this and am well on my way to 'man'ifesting a happy relationship!

Summary: Required reading for women
Review: One thing that is common among both men and women is that unconscious beliefs hold us back and often keep us repeating our mistakes over and over. There is no place this is truer than in relationships. "There Is No Prince" examines how a woman's unconscious beliefs may limit her relationships and keep her from finding the person who is right for her. For example, waiting for your prince to come and sweep you off your feet. Look inside yourself, honor and be true to yourself, find the right relationship with you and then find the right relationship with a man... or don't. You really do have a choice. This is an insightful guide to creating the relationship you want; "There Is No Prince" is a highly recommended read.

Summary: Fabulous Information In this Book
Review: The information in this book helped me get married, and is keeping my marriage on track. What is amazing about this book, is that my man doesn't have to do any work, and I'm happy. Pretty great, huh? My husband loves the effect of this knowledge - I'm much less critical of him and able to understand him. I recommend this work to everyone I meet!
