Summary: EASIEST diet plan ever!!!
Review: With McLeod's nutrition system, I feel healthy, happy, and SAFE!!! Now I'm not constantly worrying that my current diet is depriving my body of what it needs. I love that this plan doesn't try to eliminate an entire food group from my diet. However, it's the CHEAT SHEETS that are the best part of this book...all the work is done for me. All I have to do is take my (already completed) shopping list to the store and I'm off to the perfect start. Can't mess this one up! To top it off, this book is hilarious!!! I LOVE the tips from "Mom"!!! So Cute!
