Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Back to old wisdom Review:
At first glance Mikhail Tombak brings out things in his book which we would consider the "obvious" and "common sense ". However, later we realize that the basis of the so called "alternative medicine" relies heavily on age old remedies which have been adapted to modern times.
Tombak revives many of the "grandma" old recipes for us. As it usually is the case, some of the recipes are probably better than the others. However, on the whole, it is a book well worth your consideration. FIVE STARS!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Indispensible Review:
I've got the book and it is worth each penny (and more!). But if you want to save your money, there is a website with many excerpts from this book. The address is www.starthealthylife.com . You will also find there some free ebooks on similar topics.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Remarkable! Review:
I've received this book as a gift. - Not that I was particularly interested in this kind of reading. However, since it was a gift, I felt I had a duty to at least have a quick look at it. So I flipped through some pages... Surprisingly, I immediately found a few chapters that caught my attention... After jumping from one chapter to another, eventually I decided that this volume definitely deserves my full attention. So I read it from the beginning to the end, and since then I often use it as my reference book to healthy living. The publisher's website (www.starthealthylife.com ) is also a good source of information.
Interesting how this book changed my life! It is only a surprise that it is not at Amazon's Bestseller list. Unless it is still undiscovered...
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: It's a STEAL Review:
This book should be a part of each household! It is a "stop the insanity, go back to basics" kind of book. It is full of practical information that will certainly be useful for everyone in some point of his life. When you compare it with all kind of other, mass-produced titles with practically no content, you will only wonder why it is so cheep.
Rating: ![1 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-1-0.gif) Summary: Take a good look at the cover.... Review: Are you REALLY going to pay money for a book that can't even bother spell correctly on its own cover?? It is "LOSE" weight, not "LOOSE" weight....they are advertising their ignorance and greed right in front of you. Be more discerning in who you give your hard earned money to.

Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Keep your "internal house" clean. Review: Since conventional medicine could not cure my daughter's eczema, I turned to natural (alternative) medicine. I have read many good books on the health subject in the past, but " Can We Live 150 years?" beats them all! The essential message that the book conveys is that we are the ones who should be taking control of our own health. This message is supported by simple, do-it-at-home, inexpensive, and natural formulas and techniques used from generation to generation. The book is a guide to proper eating, breathing, maintaining healthy spine, liver, kidneys, and more... As the author rightly points out, we clean our houses, we keep our cars lubricated and clean, but many times we forget about proper care of our "internal houses". It can be argued that nature enabled our bodies to maintain themselves, but a question arises : Did nature create artificial, genetically modified foods and chemicals?

Rating: ![1 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-1-0.gif) Summary: PLEASE STOP THE FAKE REVIEWS! Review: The author of this book is planting fake reviews all over Amazon! Including fiction books and items that have nothing to do with weight loss! I would never buy this book because of the disingenuouse marketing campaign. You also have to wonder about a book when words are misspelled on the front cover (It should be lose not loose!) HA HA HA HA !!!!
