But of course, it requires a lot of commitment and only if you are true to yourself is any book/program going to help you. Along with the suggestions and the program mentioned in the book I have cut out on caffeine beverages. I'm now drinking a much healthier substitute to regular coffee called 'soyffee' which I found at www.S o y c o f f e e.c om. My belief is that a little diet control, loads of will power and such handy and helpful books can really help in building the new 'you'!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Great Book! Review: This book is quality and informative. He offers sound, easy to follow advice. No gimmicks- it's spelled out for you in everyday terms ("reader friendly"). It's has detailed info on how to follow the plan, what to do/not do, fitness plans that are right for your body type, nutrition, etc. My only complaint is that he doesn't write about any strength training exercises using weight machines at the gym. He just shows at-home exercises (which are also great and detailed). But some people like using machines sometimes.I've read a lot of fitness/nutrition books and it's the same stuff, too complicated, or not interesting. But this is different. If you follow the plan, you'll see results!
