Summary: C'mon, Read the title!
Review: I heard the author spaeaking about this book on the radio last night. She was really cool and candid about everything she has experienced. The book is supposed to be a guide for girls that consider themselves straight. There are a lot af women who may want to have some fun, maybe with more than one person at a time--but there preference is not women( i.e., It is meant for women who are more attracted to men than they are women). Some women who are new to this might not know what to say to another girl..this guide is supposed to help with those odd situations. Oh, and the illustrations are fun and hilarious!

Summary: Light-hearted yet practical ideas for ladies
Review: I wish someone had written this book back during my first year in collaege, a million years ago. The subject matter is something that, ah, one often cannot discuss with one's best friends. So, I think anything that gives women pleasure is good. Anything that gives two women pleasure together is better. I do not mind the author's emphasis on fun rather than ideology and commitment. Yes. some of the three-person bits do seem to owe more to blue movies than they do real life -- there appear to be an excess of arms and legs -- but I suspect this bit is to broaden the sales appeal to men. Even a wise woman has to make a living.

Summary: Sincerely sensational
Review: Reading this engagingly written book is that perfect combination of AA meeting and happy hour: feelings of humble and honest self-awareness and joyous abandon overcame me. I felt delirious euphoria but with enough clear-headed consciousness to appreciate and enjoy the experience completely. Sure, as a guy I was titillated, but being in touch with my inner chick, I appreciated the humor and candor with which Ms. Sincero sincerely tackled her subject. Heh, the book was a gas; I read it straight through while at work. I smiled and laughed out loud. And I learned a lot. I feel much more enlightened; and when that happens to a guy, the world can celebrate.

Summary: Interesting and Entertaining
Review: This book was hilarious and erotic. If you feel as if it was a bad book or you don't like the topic, perhaps you should read the title. It's a guide to sleeping with chicks, why would u read it if you didn't like chicks or couldn't read it with a light heart? Obviously its not for everyone. I'm not gay or bisexual but I loved the authors candor and truthfulness at approaching this topic. It's a great read and hilarious.

Summary: Why would any girl in her right mind want this book?
Review: Yet another piece of drivel publicising bisexuality as a hobby for straight girls.

Here's the interesting thing; Ms Sincero is careful to include a disclaimer about not putting people into boxes - and yet her book constantly reminds us that it's about, and for, "straight girls who sleep with women". There's a word for people of either sex who sleep with both sexes: bisexual. What I want to know is why our author is so scared of the thought that sleeping with women might make her bisexual herself. Perhaps she doesn't want to taint the public's understanding of bisexuality with her uniquely crass brand of sexual tourism?

Oh no, wait a second. The public in general already believes that bisexuals are diseased, easy, and probably don't really exist anyway. [...]So she's just covering her own back by keeping herself at arm's length from these undesirables.

So why would anybody want to read this nonsense?

Well, there's the straight guy who wants that hot threesome with his girlfriend and her best friend; if she doesn't want to do it this book will help him convince her she's just a freak. Everyone else does it, right?

There's the guys whose wives have just told them "I think I might be bisexual". For them this book is perfect since it portrays bisexuality the latest fun form of sexual tourism. Nothing to take seriously, just a bit of a laugh for your wife in her spare time. Real identity? Inborn sexuality? No way.

And there's the girls who.. actually, I really can't think of any reason a woman would want this book. Unless she'd just been dumped by yet another silly girl who "just wanted to try it" and felt like having something to burn. [...]
