Rating: Summary: Hilarious and Witty Review: I picked this book up the other day, and all I can say is that you need to read it alone. I laughed out loud so many times that I had to keep on showing jokes to my girlfriend when she asked what was so funny. There are lots of books that make you laugh like this one. What makes this one special is that it manages to lampoon the kinds of people we all know (see the "Pets are People too Delusion"), and also offer subtle commentary on our over-analyzed and hyper-medicated society. Its definitley worth picking up.
Rating: Summary: I love this book! Review: My sides hurt when I was done reading it. I feel like everyone will find an exact description of someone they know in one of the "neuroses".
Rating: Summary: Everyone's Behavior Hilariously Exposed Review: We all have them: those obsessions and compulsions that are ridiculous but seemingly essential aspects of our daily lives. This book is that rare blend of a "Stand-up Comic" with expertise and it makes you laugh out loud with an "I'm Guilty" but having fun getting caught kind of laugh! As a lawyer who often carries 2 cell phones and every other gadget that will supposedly give me more time to "relax," I found myself compelled to give this book as a gift to 3 friends after reading just a third of the material. It's fun to share and easy to pick up and flip to any page for a quick smile. Be forewarned, however, this book will remind all of us that we take ourselves a bit too seriously!
