Summary: This one is a keeper!
Review: This is the best low calorie cookbook that I have owned. And the only one that I haven't thrown out. This book includes: Daily Menus for 1000,1200 &1500 calorie diets, food exchange charts, exchanges for fast food restraunts and pre-packaged foods. (although outdated to enclude New Selections out on the market) serving measurements, And most importantly...Delicious recipes!

The recipes are easily made with products easily obtainable. I have served the recipes from this book to my family and they could never suspect that they are from the Eating Light Cookbook. Some of our best Holiday meals have come from this book.
