Summary: I'm returning mine!
Review: What a disappointment!

There is no nutritional information for any of the recipes. Although the recipes have minimal prep time (15-30 minutes), many require over an hour cook time. Also, the recipes have numerous ingredients - lots of cream of soups and fillers - blech! This is NOT a good cookbook for a busy mom who wants to know the nutritional value of meals. I am sending mine back for a refund.
