Rating: Summary: UHEP should be in every home Review: If I could write a cookbook / lifestyle manual this is what I would want it to be. Very informative bands of information across the bottom of the pages in the front half of the book put all the bits and pieces of info that you have read before all in one place. The menu suggestions are great and all of the recipies work! Even the ones for high fiber muffins and loaves turn out well - the muffins are a good size not the small heavy ones that you sometimes get from "healthy, high fiber" recipies. Information on flax benefits is excellent.You definitely need this in your library.
