Review: This book was wonderful. I really appreciated the authors writing it for people who are diabetic. Coming from a diabetic family it is often hard to understand the diet restrictions and exchanges that many cookbook feature. It has been comforting to have a cookbook I could understand. The recipes have basic ingredients that are found on most shelves. Even if you are not diabetic, you will enjoy the healthy and lovely to look at meals. Thanks!
