Review: Suzanne's recipes are always innovative and well thought-out. I never have any trouble concocting one of her recipes. Just to point out to the editorial reviewer--the "Level One" or "Level Two" is not a difficulty measurement. It is for the people who are following Suzanne's way of eating, where a food item is considered Level One or Level Two. I really hate it when people write reviews who don't do their research first.
