Review: This was an excellent book. I read it with a young, teenage friend who was struggling with bulimia. We both learned a lot from this personal account. I had never known anyone who had struggled with this disease before. It helped me to be able to help my friend. I work with teenagers in my church and this was, and continues to be, an invaluable resource for all of us who are in leadership roles in the lives of these teens.
