Review: In all of the self-help books I have read, "Lost & Found" has helped me gain a better perspective of my life and assisted me in moving on from all of the negativity I found myself dwelling in. Each chapter gives a clear picture of what we can do to find our own personal freedom. I especially liked the chapter on worry. My high school teacher used to say that you cannot really understand a book unless you read it three times....this is the only book I find worthy of that statement. I am just now starting to read it for the second time. This is a fantastic book and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you Dr. Caliandro!!!
