Summary: Finally, A Business Book That I Can Relate To!
Review: Being a twenty something business manager, I have found it hard to relate to most "business" books because they didn't seem to be speaking my language. This is why I was so excited when I read the Kingdomality® book! This books helps both me and my employees to better relate with each other, by matching our personality types to those in Medieval times, which in turn helps all of us to figure out what tasks we are best suited for in our "modern day" workplace. Now the whole office is going to www.kingdomality.com and taking this fun and ingenious test, and we are all starting to work more efficiently and productively together, and, most important to the Dreamer-Minstrel that I am, we are working more harmoniously!

Summary: Kingdomality

Summary: Fun, if a bit soft
Review: I found Kingdomality through their online quiz (www.kingdomality.com) and bought the book when I saw it.

It's a nice story, if a little bit soft, but it does show how different personality types can interact. The advice is useful at work, at home, with various friends.

Plus it's a lot more fun than poring over pop-psychology jargon.

Summary: A great, new insight...
Review: Kingdomality is probably one of the most original and innovative concepts I've ever come across. I feel I understand my methods of working, delegating and reacting to others in a way I've never quite fully grasped until I read this book. Reading this book has improved my ability to understand those I work with in any capacity for the rest of my life. It's very useful to finally understand why different personalities think, work and respond the way they do. If you're a business owner, manager or if you work closely with others on a regular basis, consider this book essential reading.

Summary: A must-have
Review: Not only is this book an ingenious new way to triumph in management, it's also an ingenious new way to write a book about management.

Business books are normally dry, paint-by-numbers texts that are tough to plod through.

Not this business book! Bowles doesn't lecture readers--he delights them with a witty tale told 'once upon a time' style, cleverly explaining how a savvy ruler can get the most from his followers through simple observation and easy-to-learn techniques.

Besides being informative (and 100% on the money), Kingdomality also does something NO OTHER book on management has ever done. It entertains.

When you finish the book, you've not only learned a great deal, but had more than a few laugh outloud chuckles, and too many smiles to count.

Bowles proves that learning, even if you're a high-powered Fortune 500 executive, can be fun.

Stephen Covey could take lessons from Sheldon Bowles.

Summary: Kingdomality Just Delightful for Diversity
Review: This book is fantastic and provides such an innovative approach for diversity training. How fabulous that it is blind to gender, race, age, etc., and what a unique and fun way to promote diversity awareness. It's much more practical than any of the programs we've used before and there are several different & useful applications (team building, communication, diversity). 2005 is going to be a "greyt" year for us with the help of Kingdomality!

Summary: A must for all executives
Review: This was a fun read that had a lot of depth. Not only did I learn why I react to tough situations the way I do, but I learned why others react to me the way they do. I was able to learn techniques that will help me improve my career successes by identifying, developing and effectively working with properly structured teams.
