Rating: 5 stars
Summary: HR Manager
Review: Provides the most comprehensive and practical tools for improving this vital people skill, managing conflict and disagreement constructively.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Effective Conflict Management Tool
Review: This book is part of a Tools 4 Trainers Conflict Management series from the Center for Management Effectiveness. I recommend this book for anyone considering a nice intervention with managers dealing with conflict. It is a clear, easy to understand discussion of conflict, or disagreement, in a fun to follow format. This is a good start for someone thinking about doing more in this field. As a doctoral student in Organizational Psychology, this was a helpful addition to my potential toolkit.
