Summary: Fantastic, enjoyable, animated. Really works!
Review: I am not a Self-help book person in general, but I found this so appealing because of the colourful pages and great layout. The case studies really helped me to relate to each suggestion, of which were all practical and down to earth. I used the spaces in the book to get started on coaching and thinking for myself. The author also has a web page where you can contact him to give advice. He has been very helpful and surprinsgly approachable. Great read - Great motivator and educator! Jane.
