Summary: Inspiring without being preachy
Review: I've enjoyed this book from beginning to end, but when I finished I realized it had really inspired me. I'm not into the self-help stuff, and I don't like it when books lecture to you, but this one inspires you without talking down. Before you even realize it you are feeling stronger or happy or recalling memories of your own. I've never had this with another book.

Summary: Get It For Every Woman You Know
Review: If you're looking for a lift - get this book. It's moving and inspiring. I keep repeating parts of these poems back to myself throughout the day. They really speak to you. Normally I don't get jazzed about poetry - but this book is different. I'd recommend it and even tell you to get it for other women. They'll appreciate it. I look forward to the next book from this author.

Summary: Inspiring and empowering!!!!
Review: This book hits on all the things women struggle with: self-worth, empowerment, inner strength, etc. I was amazed that after reading these poems I found myself repeating parts from them over and over throughout the day. I'd recommend it to any women stressed out, wondering about her life, or just plain trying to juggle all the things in their life.

Summary: The Difference Now
Review: Those who don't think verbal abuse is a big deal have no idea how it affects you every day- all day- all your life. This book shows that; and how this author struggled through and learned that forgiveness is the answer to your own peace.

It is a book filled with hope and in the end she has even shown compassion for her abusive father.I think it is uplifting and insirational and would highly recommend it.
