Nothing new or exciting about Execution here, except showing off jargons like EXQ (Execution Quotient), and using big words like the 4 Disciplines--- including:1)Focus on Wilding Important Goals, 2)Use of Scoreboard, 3)Translating Loofty Goals into Actions, and 4)Holding People Accountable for Results.

I think people in undergraduate Business Programs or MBA Programs already learned these common sensical staff.

Franklin Covey needs to catch up, innovate, and deliver practical stuff for practising managers!

Stephen R. Covey is only the co-star in the program by which Franklin Covey should make this clear to consumers upfront.

Quite disappointed with this purchase because it is very theoretical and the ideas are not easily executed in the Age of Trust Erosion between corporations and their downsized labour force these days.

Try Peter Drucker's Effective Executive, you will get far far more.
