Review: After reading this book and listening to the audio tape as well...I must say I was transformed. I used her tape to guide my meditations, during which I had a vision of my sister in the hospital. I called home and found out my sister was in emergency surgery and had almost died. If we just open our mind, it's amazing what we can see.

Review: I have enjoyed all of the books by Shirley MacLaine, but these tapes have touched me and assisted me in so many ways. I recommend them to everyone in my metaphysical group who asks for a nice guided-meditation tape. The meditations are superb! I use the meditation that helps you find and balance your chakras all the time! In fact, I just had to order a new one because my old one finally wore out from such frequent use! These are great tapes for both beginners and long-time meditators.

Review: This sixth entry into the collection of Shirley MacLaine's spiritual odyssey, strays from the roots of the rest of the books. This guide is a guide to be in tune and in harmony with your self. Let me tell you, it helped me. She discusses the Chakras, Chanting, Sexuality, and the New Age Movement in general. An insightful and very informative read!!!
