Review: When reading this book I could hardly put it down. There is so much knowledge packed into this book and the way Kristopher presents the information is very practical.

This book is definately for those wishing to truly apply what they read. As Kristopher says, "So many people make lots of motion, but very little movement." This book is about making movement.

Actual questions and answers from students are at the end of each chapter. I could really relate to the questions being asked, and reading other peoples' questions stimulated a the same questions I had, but didn't even know I had until I read them.

If you are serious about personal growth and transformation, this book is a great asset for your tool box.
