Summary: An excellent temperature reading of my mind and spirit.
Review: Author Keel, does wonders with his thought provoking questions about one's life. Basically, he asks of you, where no one else dares to go. What I really like about this book is that you can fill it out this year, and then re-answer the questions five years from now (or even a month later) and see how you have evolved. I use it for my personal temperature reading and I give it to close friends to truly get to know them better!

Summary: Very Patiently Waiting
Review: Ever struggle to figure out what to get for someone who has everything? Then this gift is perfect. The entire book is fill-in-the-blank or check-the-box to answer autobiographical questions. Too often we pass through life without reflection--this book makes you think about who you are, what you want out of life, and who the really important people are and the impact they have made on your life. This gift if perfect for any holiday, birthday, or just for fun. Everyone should have one!

Summary: Leave Behind A Part of You
Review: For those of you who enjoy getting to know yourself this is a perfect book for you. It is filled with thought provoking questions and factual data. It takes awhile to complete and probably should be re-done every few years or so. This journal is a perfect gift to leave the world in your wake.

Summary: Road to enlightenment
Review: Get this book as a starter journal, or as a way to rediscover you. The questions are probing, but easy enough to answer. Along the way...fill in the blanks on your road to discovery. You will learn a lot about yourself by using this book.

Further, you can share your answers with your best friend or lover to open yourself up to them too. It's sometimes easier than talking to share with written words. This is an excellent door opener to everyone.

Summary: So much fun, I bought 2.
Review: I admit, I am a sucker for fill in the blanks, find yourself, do it yourself memoir books...so this was perfect for me. But I had so much fun filling it out - from the serious to the silly questions. I went and bought one for my sister too! This is not as "heavy" as other find yourself books, but this one is so simple and fun, it's truly enjoyable and you still learn a lot about --- you.

Summary: It truly is like giving a piece of yourself!
Review: I filled out "All About Me" as a gift for my father, who lives in another state. We only see eachother around the holidays, and giving this to him was my way of letting him in on who I was, my feelings, and my thoughts about life. Now, he will always have that book as a reminder of me...and its a great way for him to get to know all the little things that we never get to discuss. The questions range from deep to funny and even odd...but its definetly worth filling out!

Summary: Great but dangerous
Review: I found this book great, but with one problem. If you're sending it to someone, you don't really have a chance to explain your answers, so if they're misinterpreted, or you just wrote your answer wrong, you're going to have some explaining to do, and this might cause a problem. As with emails, your answers here show no emotion or feeling, so it's very easy to misinterpret, and you also don't have a chance to explain something if the other person has a question. Plus, you should be secure knowing that this person whom you are giving it to won't share it with the world, if you're going to write sensitive things in it. Perhaps I'm just being overanalytical, but that's the way I see it.

Summary: A great, easy book
Review: I love this book. I did not really acomplish to much soul searching through it, but it is wonderful. There are questions in here than I know I would like to look back at my answers 10 years from now. I have been filling out similar books for a long time. I look back and see how much I have grown. You are never to old or young to start. This is one of my favorites because a lot of the questions dont require long responses. Its very easy to fill out. Everyone should buy it!
