Summary: would recommend this book to any single woman...
Review: ...since I'm one myself.One of the things I liked best about it was that it tells you not to worry or obsess about if the guy you're dating is "marriage material," or wants to have a serious relationship; just have a good time with him. I also liked the way it emphasizes dating as many different guys as possible; not just one at a time. That way, you increase your chances of meeting that special someone. Myreah Moore says that there are too many women who take dating too seriously, and I think she's absolutely right. We really don't need to do that; especially if we only just started dating the guy!

Review: After reading this book, I became empowered to handle the whole dating situation. This book is to the point and well worth the money spent. I reviewed it with some of my male friends and they agreed with several of the author's points. I would buy the book again.

Summary: I could have written this book -- it really does work!
Review: As a seasoned veteran of the dating world, I have become sort of the 'resident guru' on men and dating within my cirlce of friends, co-workers and acquaintances. I subscribe to the principles of this book and I am never at a lack for dates with quality guys. (I'm just not ready to remarry at this point in time.) I have been divorced for 7 years and have had serious marriage proposals from very nice men 4 times post-divorce. I am not a raving beauty -- but I am a woman men fall in love with and a woman they love to be with. Why? Because I really DO date like a man. Myreah Moore really does know what she's talking about in this book. I read the prior edition and I buy this book for all of my 'newly re-single'girlfriends. It is one of the best gifts I can give them. As a result of changing the ways they date, I have 3 friends who are engaged to and 2 who have married great guys. Myreah Moore knows her stuff! If you read this book and really change the way you look at men and the way you look at dating, you'll be amazed -- not only will you have more dates than you know what to do with -- you'll gain a great group of male friends who will do anything for you -- not because you used your 'feminine wiles' and whined and manipulated them into it --but because you're such a fun woman to be with.

Summary: Entertaining? Yes... Educational? Not Very
Review: Good read, but its almost like reading some cheerleading women's group manual... 'Honey, this is how it is..." vibe feels a little condescending. There isn't really anything new in the advice, experience will teach you the same things...
I agree with M. Moore, as men tend to overestimate their own stock, while women undervalue their own... these women SHOULD 'date like a man' ...with the goal of having fun with each partner, and only when one person demonstrates the potential to be a relationship... be given that consideration.
Better than 'Hes Just Not That Into You..." but "Why Men Love Bitches" is better if you need a user manual.

Summary: Finally, a book that's filled with USEFUL information
Review: I came away from this book with a better understanding of the past dating mistakes I've made and how to correct them...better yet, I've come away knowing that the world will not end simply because I'm single. A good book to remind people (women especially! ) that you can be whole without a man. Thanks, Myreah!

Summary: If u r having trouble in your relationships u need this book
Review: I had this book on my shelf for over 3 years, then all of a sudden I was having problems with this person I really liked. He was in a eight year relationship with another woman (his first). I was sad about it even though they were broke up (to him), but not her. She can't let him go. He's a good guy. Anyway I couldn't take it. I needed some tips on how to better myself and this book is the bomb. I'm ready for any man who tries to approach me.

Summary: Great and practical advice for women
Review: I recently started dating again after more than 10 years. I bought several books on dating after a guy I had been dating for two months "cut and run" when I suggested we get together on new year's eve. Now I have a more realistic view of the dating rituals (and "games") and how men need to be the pursuer. Honey, if he isn't pursuing you, he's not the right one. Good practical advice along with do's and don'ts for women by understanding how men approach dating. Along with Venus and Mars on a Date, I highly recommend this book. I read it two times and am sure I will read it over and over again. Myreah is right on and you will find it easy reading.

Summary: Best Dating Book!
Review: I've read a lot of relationship and dating books and this is by far the best! It's also easy and FUN to read. I was surprised by many of the insights and I learned a lot. I think it could also help increase a woman's self-confidence and self-esteem when it comes to dating. It answered so many questions that I've wondered about. The author really knows what she's talking about. It also goes into how to recognize guys that should be avoided. I wish I'd had this book when I first started dating - it could have saved me a lot of heartache.

Summary: Don't Hesitate to Buy This Book!
Review: This book is a wealth of information that women can use to play the "dating game" with a better hand of cards. When speaking to a potential date on the telephone, I open the book and ask the recommended questions to weed out inappropriate partners. I took Myreah's advice and used a matchmaking service, and now I have several men who are interested in dating me. I highly recommend this book to every single woman I meet.

Summary: Not what it promises
Review: This book was fine until it gets to the chapter on how to have sex like a man. It doesn't say one thing about how to do that. That entire chapter is devoted to "how to please a man" which is in direct conflict with the title and the rest of the book. I cannot figure out why the sudden switch at that point.
