I first read this book in 1992, and it has changed my life forever. I was in search of the "one truth" that is at the core of all religions, and it was found in the Metu Neter. Simply Empowering. Summary: Man/Woman Know Thyself (Remember Maat)
Review: This book is a must read for all. The Ancients knew what we've choosen to forget. Subtle truths are revealed in a way that cannot be ignored. I initially read both Volumes in 1992, and my spiritual life changed. Everyone has a spiritual challenge before them, one that requires you to know yourself better, and one which helps to you gain a better understanding of the world we live in. By seeking oneness with your Creator, you make a lifetime commitment that brings you "Peace of Mind." When you choose to believe as you've always believed, chances are your life has followed a similiar pattern as your immediate and deceased relatives. In order to know the truth, you must first ask questions which require you to perform some type of research. The Truth is that which stands when all else has fallen. Let your "spirit" be the your guide/judge. These volumes speak to the "Inner Spirit." I hope and pray that all who choose to read them will find an "Inner Peace and Oneness" you've never known, yet longed for. May the day come when we return to the Oneness we once had.

Summary: READ THIS BOOK NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!
Review: This book is the best ever written. Anyone who reads it and still doesn't like it is either extremely eurocentric and defensive or doesn't understand what they have read. What Ra Un Nefer Amen has given us is the PERFECT way to lead our lives. Anything dealing with life can be guided by this book. It's like an oracle itself. The mundane and spiritual truths that the book gives are impossible to deny. Anyone who reads this book has been given enlightenment's tool. All they have to do is read and practice.If you read the report that says that Ra Un Nefer Amen has made a mistake and that some of his facts are wrong, you may avoid this book, but, DONT PAY ATTENTION TO THOSE CLAIMS!!! This book is essential to anyone's spiritual development. Whoever wrote that review obviously was not reading it for the right reasons.What he/she wrote is attacking facts in one book with facts from another. Unless he/she does the research (spiritualy and physicaly) him/herself then that info can't be validated. To me that review was just another eurocentric attack on one of our great black scholars who has revealed the truth. WHATEVER ANYONE SAYS READ THE BOOK FOR YOURSELF!!! IT IS TOO IMPORTANT TO PASS UP FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S BELIEFS!!!
