Review: This book has been more or less replaced by other books written by Dr. Yang.Comprehensive Analysis of Chin Na or Instructor's Manual for Chin Na would be better purchases. These are the books that Dr. Yang uses as a guide in his seminars.

Rating: ![3 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-3-0.gif) Summary: Good book, but don't buy it. Review: This book is decently written and has lots of good information; however, there is a lot that is left out. Also, the pictures could use arrows to demonstrate the moves better. The author has written two other more recent books on the subject which greatly improve on the first. Buy one of those.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Excellent for those with basic knowledge of these moves. Review: Those best served by this book will be those who have had some chin na/grappling experience. To learn these moves ONLY from the book could prove difficult, but not impossible. There is an excellent video companion to this book.
