Summary: A great help...
Review: Coming back from sciatica and working with arthritic knees this book has been a real help. I do pool arobic classes 3 days per week but use this book as a supplement for the other days. The book is easy to follow. I keep it by the pool and refer to it during my exercise hour.

Review: I found this book very easy to comprehend and follow. The exercises and their directions are easy to understand and invision. After reading a small portion of the book I felt that this was an exercise that I could not only perform but wanted to perform.
