Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Lots of good advice Review: The main reason it didn't get five stars is because it billed as a general fitness book, but contains a reasonable amount of bodybuilder specific info. Also, lean for life, his other book, might be a better general buy. BUT Mr Bass gives a lot of good sound advice concerning diet and exercise that has helped me. Using his advice i've been able to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, which i didn't think was possible. I think that his plan is something i can follow for my life, not just a quick way to starve off twenty pounds. In the past i've had a very hard time building muscle but his prescription has helped. I think this book would improve the health of many people who instead yo-yo on fad diets of all kinds. dave
