Rating: Summary: I've had less pain than I've ever had Review: I've been suffering from chronic back pain for about 7 years. My pain was so severe I could not enjoy recreational activities. I recently saw Master Bond's class on Sunday and thought that I should give it a try. I decided to keep it up and be consistent with it. From that time on, I was able to bend better and my range of motion was a lot better and I've had less pain than I've ever had.

I tried some other martial arts like, tai chi sword form and wing chun slow dance with only a little bit of success. After two days, a one hour lesson each day, I have significant improvement - I'm stuttering much less.

Rating: Summary: What a wonderful eye opener! Review: I had been on atenolol for migrane headaches and blood pressure plus a boring low fat diet. After focusing on the green diet and neck exercises, I have found outstanding results - almost to the point of too much energy! I passed on a copy of your book to both my arthritic mother and my aunt with high cholesterol. Again, the improvement was noticed in a matter of days. It's something so simple, yet overlooked. My mother particularly follows the exercises during the winter months while being shut indoors due to inclement northeast weather. Meanwhile, my aunt who refuses to take medication has seen her total cholesterol drop from 300 to 200! Best of luck for continued success with your mission, Master Bond.

Rating: Summary: Back to health Review: I haven't read this book myself but I heard about how well Master Bond's program works, so I bought a copy for a friend of mine in Calgary who as a general rule is in poor health. She has been doing the exercises for almost two months and is feeling so much better that she had to write to me to say thank you again. I am very happy to hear that because she has had many problems.
Rating: Summary: The Best "Lifestyle Changes" Book on the Market! Review: I was ignorant with the concept of CHI, but now I am a beginner. This book should be required reading to everyone who has health problems or who is over 40. Anyone and everyone can understand the illustrations for the exercises, and would be able to perform the routines correctly. Even if you cannot walk or stand, the exercises can be done in a sitting position.I am looking forward to losing weight, having more freedom of movement and strength, and becoming healthier by applying "The First 16 Secrets of CHI" to my lifestyle. Rating: Summary: The benefits are numerous Review: I saw the book for the first time on the beach in Waikiki. It took me only a brief moment to decide that I want this book. After attending the free class in Kapiolani park I was hooked. Now I've done chi kung exercises for two years, 45-50 minutes a day 90% of time. Many times in sub-zero temperature in Canmore, surrounded by the Canadian Rockies and wildlife watching me. The benefits are numerous - sometimes in unexpected areas like your waistline. Now when I walk the streets and I see so many sick-looking people around, it is clear to me that they just do not take enough chi in.
Rating: Summary: This book is a "must". Review: I was driving my granddaughter to school one morning and saw Master Bond's "chi kung" class in the park. I didn't know what it was then and stopped to see what was going on. Since everyone is welcome, I joined the group and immediately started to learn the correct way to breathe and do slow easy body movements with arms and legs. I think "chi kung" is perfect for everyone and especially for "senior citizens". It's very relaxing for mind, body and spirit. I feel uplifted and the world and life feels good. I use Master Bond's book "The First 16 Secrets of CHI" and find it very beneficial and best of all, very interesting. I like reviewing the many "chi kung" movements and the yin and yang that Master Bond teaches. In fact there is so much to absorb that having the book is a "must". And having it at my bedside whenever I want some relaxing reading is perfect.
