Review: This is an excellent book on the subject of how to control cholesterol. The book is clearly written and it thoroughly explains the mechanism of cholesterol metabolism to the layman.

The various case studies are great too. The only criticism I have for the book is that it is not up to date in the latest treatments for high cholesterol.
