Summary: The best baby food resource
Review: This book is the best baby food resource I have found. It makes preparing foods so quick and easy. The recipes are divided by age range (4-6 mos, 6-8 mos. etc) and within the age range each food is given a page. Not only does it include recipes, but also includes variations with appropriate ages and other foods that can be combined with this food and appropriate ages. It is such a great reference. Furthermore, I had a question about one of the recipes and e-mailed the address in the front of the book. Within a few hours I had a response from one of the authors - I was very impressed. I have several books on baby food and this one is the easiest to read and use -if you're only going to buy one, this should be it!

Summary: So simple...so fun to make baby food at home!
Review: This book made homemade baby food preparation and introducing solids to my infant so easy. I was skeptical that I could do all of this in so little time, but in no time I had food prepared for a few weeks in advance! I enjoyed the layout as it was simple, so many of the baby books indundated me but this one understood how little time you have when you have a little one.

Organizing the recipes by month of introduction was a big help and the workbook format let me record notes on her likes (peaches, pumpkin) and dislikes (spinach - she takes after her mom). All told, the book has been my babyfeeding bible. Happy reading/cooking!
