Summary: Cruise to a lean body with Cruise!
Review: I've never been on ANY program before - I could always lose a few extra pounds. The last 2 years have seen a steady weight increase, until I was 25 pounds over, and on my short frame, this was heavy. I asked for help to get my metabolism in order. Jorge's book jumped off the shelf. His personal story made me want to buy the book. Then I saw the lay out. Each day of the 28 days has an emotional/mental motivator. Then a new set of exercises, and a page at the end of the day to journal thoughts.
I always knew you had to add fat to lose fat. However, I got too many of the wrong fats. Just adding the flax oil with each meal did wonders. I was full, satisfied and healthier. Today's weigh in revealed this great news: I am 6 1/2 inches slimmer all over and 3 1/2 pounds lighter. No cravings for junk, just GOOD food. I'm buying this book for my family at Christmas.

Summary: WOW! This is changing my fitness level
Review: When I decided to buy the book (I will try anything once) it occurred to me that I might do a few execises and then hide the book so that it couldn't easily be found and there would be no need for me to carry on exercising as 'exercising' is not me! But that is not what happened!
I'm very pleased to say that I am now on day 26 and have not looked back. Note that I have never before written a review but feel moved to do so on this book, because it is GOOD. Why? well it has several things going for it: 1)It takes only a short time each day. 2)The daily snippets of motivational/informational items encourage. 3)Easy to perform and at the end I feel invigorated and look forward to the next day.
This book gets my full support because it is instrumental in making a 'new me'. Buy it and do it!

Summary: Get real! Drill down to the real stuff...
Review: This diet is a real come-on. Weight loss is way to slow on this program. I'd be discouraged from the get go! What happens if I just can't get that 8 minutes in every day or even a percentage of the time? Give me the Fat Flush Plan any day over this wacko stuff. I need a life change weight loss plan that gives me results! I need to account for those foods I'm allergic to that are causing me to maintain fat and water weight. Fat Flush Plan doesn't rely on some weird morning verbal ritual to repeat. Who's to say that's the right message for me? Choose your weight loss and health plan carefully. Check out the real qualifications behind the authors.

Summary: Nothing unusual here - save your money!
Review: I love reading books on health, healing, and fitness. But, this one does not offer anything different, unique or unusal except for a catchy title. I showed some of the exercises to my personal trainer - many of them, especially the ones on Jorge's web site are not demonstrated using the correct form. My trainer was amazed.

Save your money, there are far better books out there by real professionals.

Summary: This is the BEST workout program EVER!!!
Review: Jorge Cruise's methods are so simple. Who can't set aside 8 minutes a day for exercising? Better yet, he provides so much support and motivation...one can't help but be excited about using the program. Thanks to Jorge Cruise's 8 Minutes in the Morning, I have set a definite weight-loss plan, I have improved my attitude, and I lost 3 pounds in one week! I recommend this, without hesitation, to EVERYONE.

Summary: Can't believe it!
Review: I once again made a decision to loose weight when I saw this book in the bookstore. 8 minutes in the morning...I can do that. I followed the program exactly for the first week. At the end of the first week I had lost 6 pounds and have so much more energy! My family has even noticed the difference. I'm onto week two very excited and this time, I can take the weight off in a healthy fashion.
The plan is well balanced and easy to use. I can't say enough good things about it. Buy it and do it!

Summary: This is an awesome book
Review: I am starting week three of this program and feel better than I have in years. The book is interactive, but not in a detailed and time-wasting way. The method of eating along with the brief work-outs first thing in the morning are the same way--easy to follow and rewarding. I have more energy, clarity of mind, and have lost weight AND inches. The pictures of the exercises help make the instructions clear and the motivational messages are short, to the point and usually inspiring. The scientific rationale for this program makes good sense and the proof is in the experience! I am amzazed that only two weeks on the program have made such a big difference in how I feel and how I feel about myself. I unequivocally recommend this book if you are wanting to make changes in your life.

Summary: Finally A Breath Of Fresh Air for Weight Loss....
Review: I purchased 8 Minutes in the Morning and in only 5 days, I have already changed my life. Jorge's honesty and clear step by step program has really opened my eyes to a realistic weight loss program.
I know for a fact, for so many years, we heard low fat...no fat and, we have only suffered for that reason alone. Instead of getting smaller and leaner, we have gotten bigger and fatter. I was so surprised to be able to eat fats and lose weight. It has only been 5 days (4 1/2 actually, it's day 5 in the morning..lol), and already I have lost 6 lbs. Yes...I have really lost 6 lbs., and I do feel like I have more so much more energy. Jorge offers you more food to eat, then you are probably eating right now. I know because, I have tried every diet in creation.
I have lost and gained, only to gain back more, then I had lost originally. You know yourself, if you have ever lost weight...it's up and down, up and down, a real losing battle to the scale and your self esteem. Jorge encourages you in more ways than one. Summary: 8MM Thoughts
Review: So far, the best part of this program is the positive feeling I have from doing something good for myself. Be aware of your own body type. Many people can lose weight on this diet plan, but some need more protein and fewer complex carbohydrates in order to lose fat and put on muscle. Don't hurt yourself by using too heavy weights or doing too many reps. Personalise your plan. Getting the metabolism going first thing in the morning feels good if you get to bed early enough the night before.

Summary: Best Program Ever
Review: First, I have to say that I started this program already at my goal weight, but I was not toned and I lacked energy.

Jorge's program is so easy to follow. I looked forward to starting my day this way. Before I would work out two or three times a week but not consistently. This program is easy to do and I have made it a regular part of my lifestyle. Also, since Jorge gives you a new set of exercises for every day of the month (except Sunday when you are "off"), I am not bored.

I have more energy now and am complementing this plan with power walks like Jorge suggests.

Recommended for anyone who wants to improve their health but especially for those who are pressed for time or have lacked motivation in the past.
