Summary: HOT!
Review: All I can say is... WOW! This book is sizzlin' - I heard Lisa Marie on a radio show, and then went to her whatsyourdosha dot com website - she's really good, knows what she is talking about, and beautiful, too. I learned more about women from this book than I did from the Mars and Venus books, and I liked those books, too. I'm a Pitta, by the way, good to know in the summer heat. Even if you have never heard of Ayurveda before, you will enjoy this book. It just makes sense, for men and women, to help us communicate and relate.

Summary: Fun way to learn Ayurveda
Review: As a volunteer at the Chopra Center for many years, I found this book to be the most fun and easy way to get people to understand Ayurveda and body types. My husband and I have enjoyed reading this together and comparing notes about our Doshas. I tried some of the recipes and you'll love them. They're very healthy and easy, too. I'm giving all my friends and family this book on their anniversaries, to show them all the love that can be in their lives.

Summary: What's Your Dosha, Baby?
Review: Entertaining and practical. There really is more than one way to approach things. If you want an edge on your relationship, this is the book for you. Also look at ISBN # 1582900310 and #1885203829, Lisa Marie Coffey has a lot to say, and it is worth listening to her. Open your mind, open your heart.

Summary: Entertaining book on Aurveda!
Review: I am an Indian by origin. But, had no background or knowledge about Aurveda. This book, written by an American Author, who has also written many other wonderful books, introduced me to some basic concepts of Aurveday in American style! I enjoyed reading this book. Also, the website associate with this book was very useful and complements this book.

If you are reading this book, I would recommend that you first visit the website, whatisyourdosha.com and take the quiz to find out your dosha. I would recommend this book to anyone, who is curious to get some exposure to Aurveda and its concepts. It is a light reading. But, after reading this book, you may be inspired to do more serious reading on Aurveda, by some Indian masters. If you are very new to Aurveda, like me, this should be your first book.

The author of this book also has a new website doshamatch.com. Some of you may like to visit this site after learning all about your dosha from this book.

Summary: Finally someone wrote this book!!!!
Review: I have been reading this book with such enthusiasm. It is a great book, and very userfriendly for anybody, including those that do not know anything about the Vedic way of living. I am really pleased that this book has finally been written because I have been wondering about a lot of the same issues for a long time. As I am living in France, I have to constantly verbally translate it to friends here. Hence, I look forward to the French version.
In sum, I highly recommend this book as fun and informative reading. It will definitely be a book I will give as a gift.

Summary: Loved IT!
Review: I've always been interested in Ayurveda, but never really understood it from the books I had read before. This book, "What's Your Dosha, Baby?" makes it very clear and simple! I now know my dosha, and I'm loving it! All of the diet, lifestyle, exercise and relationships tips make such good sense, and it's so easy to incorporate these ideas into my life. I like the way Lisa Marie Coffey pairs up the doshas, I just laughed when I recognized how I am with certain people. It's so true! I'm hooked, Baby - and ready for a sequel!

Summary: The new "Sun Signs" for relationships.
Review: It doesn't matter who you live, work or play with, there can always be some "friction". Lisa Marie Coffey has given us a wonderful way to understand the different ways people "work", and what we can do to all get along. Based on an ancient Indian philosophy, which stands the test of thousands of years of development, Coffey translated the subject into a western perspective making the subject matter very clear to those in this modern society. "What's your Dosha Baby" deals mainly with relationships, but also gives a brief insight into harmony in your home space, health and Spirituality.
"What's your Dosha Baby" offers a refreshing change in the way we look at these areas of life and will prove as popular as Linda Goodman's 'Sun Signs'.
