Review: What more can i say? This book covers all aspects of Coach Davies' wheel of conditioning. Coach Davies has single-handedly revolutionized the way I think of training.

Summary: Not what was expected.
Review: When ordering this book, I thought that it would be a comprehensive guide to football training, with sample schedules, routines, etc. Instead, it's mostly photos of exercises with weights, agility drills, and flexibility drills.

I would not recommend this if you are looking for a complete football training guide. It may be good if you want a few different exercises to try, but I find it hard to believe that most football coaches don't know these drills already.

Review: When Victory is the only option you will know why you bought this book. I have trained 12 year olds as well as professionals with this simple, aggressive, scientifically proven approach to power and speed development. I think every one in the game should study Renegade's techniques but if you don't, my athletes and I won't mind beating you at all.

Review: Wow, what can I say. Coach Davies has done such a great job with this book. This book is jammed packed with great exercises for all areas of training: stretching, range of moiton, agility drills, speed drills, explosive strength drills, general physical preparartion....no training stone is left unturned. The book is full of illustrations of each exercise and drill so there is no misunderstandings.

A great book by a great man. If you want the secrets to incredible strength, agility, flexibility, speed, and endurance, look no further. Do yourself a favor and pick this book up today!
