Rating: Summary: Not Written by a boxing expert Review: This book was written by an author who has written "Ultimate Guide to Weight Training" books for topics such as Roller Hockey, Lacrosse, Triathalon, Hockey, Swimming, Martial Arts, Skiing, Gymnastics, Fencing, Racquetball, Wrestling, and GET THIS: Cheerleading. Boxing is a very specific sport, you need an expert to advise you. Go to Rossboxing.com for BOXING SPECIFIC information from someone who does not dabble.

Rating: Summary: $19.95 for 2 pages Review: This is one in a series of said 'Sports Specific Training Guides' which are all the same book with a few pages of weights workout routines which may or may not be relevant to that particular sport. As a amateur boxer, while the in-season and off-season routines in this book would not be necessarily bad for a boxer, there are much better weights programs specific to the noble art.

Rating: Summary: Box like a heavyweight champ! Review: This is the best book I have seen for boxing training! No matter what level you compete at, this book is for you. I have really improved my agility in the ring after reading this book. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in being a better, more athletic boxer!
